I want to thank The Garage Company for the great work they did on our garage. After calling some other contractors and having trouble even getting a call-back, I was pleasantly surprised at the efficient, professional and immediate response by this group.

Our project manager walked us step by step through the permit process, the building process and made sure all the details (that I didn’t even think about) were evaluated. He worked to make sure the garage was exactly what we were looking for, even going so far as to search extra for a custom siding color. During the entire process, he kept us informed of where our garage was in the building process. As the construction started, he was almost in daily contact with us.

The demolition crew, excavation crew and construction crews were efficient, friendly, and results-driven. They were patient with questions and explanations that came up during the work. Each team set great work examples for the neighborhood kids who surreptitiously watched them work.

The Garage Company was recommended by a friend of ours who used them before and I will recommend them to anyone. My neighbors have all stopped to say how good the work was and how fast they worked. Thank you for doing such a good job all around.

During the spring of 2005, I contracted with The Garage Company for the construction of a 20’x32′ detached garage on my property. The workmanship was totally professional and of superior quality. Coordination during the construction was timely and efficient due to the patience and consideration of the builders. The Garage Company carefully avoided any significant damage to my lawn during the construction process and kept me fully informed regarding the scheduling of all phases of the construction. I was furnished names and telephone numbers for various subcontractors and was able to arrange the timing of construction tasks that accommodated my schedule and avoided conflict with the then on-going installation of a forty-two inch MUD waterline that was located adjacent to my property. There have been many inquiries and compliments regarding the building since its completion, all highly favorable.
